Privacy Policy

We collect the account details you enter (name, username, email), the scripts and story you submit, character and world images you upload, and the videos the studio generates for you.

Payment cards are collected by Dodo Payments, not by CharacterFlow. We receive a confirmation that a pack was paid so we can add credits. We do not store full card numbers.

Scripts and images are sent to the AI providers needed to produce the episode. Those providers process the request to return structured text, images, voices, or video clips. Do not paste secrets into a script.

We do not sell your personal data. We keep studio files so you can reopen episodes and download the MP4. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing the contact address below.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people open. Google may set cookies and collect device and usage data under Google's privacy terms. You can block this with a browser setting or an ad blocker.
