Refunds

Credit packs are a one time purchase. There is no subscription to cancel.

If you have not used the credits, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Email the contact address with the account username and the payment date. We refund through Dodo Payments to the original payment method.

Credits already used to generate a video are not refunded. A generate that fails before the MP4 is ready releases the hold. That unused amount stays on your balance and can be refunded under the unused rule above.
